HEALTH: Easy PH Testing

Testing your PH is easy. First you need ph paper. You can do a Google search or go to http://www.thehealthhound.com/ . They have it on sale at this date for $7.99 + $1.00 s&h.
PH paper comes in a roll. Tear off a piece about 1 1/2" and test your first morning urine ph.Just pass the paper through the urine stream the compare the color of the paper to the color chart on the container. It's that easy. If your not taking coral calcium yet and you eat the typical American diet your ph will probably be about 5.6. The ideal ph is 6.4 to 7.0, that would be alkaline.
If you are using coral calcium to force your ph up. Here is doctor Bob Marshal's recommended method. Start with 1/4 teaspoon per day in three ounces of water or a half and half mixture of aloe juice and water. After three days check your first morning urine ph. If your not in the ideal range then increase the coral calcium 1/4 teaspoon each third day after testing. If you get to two teaspoons per day and are not in the ideal range of 6.4 to 7.0 then you should contact http://www.healthline.cc/ or 800-370-3447, ext. 2526, Andy. You can hear doctor Bob Marshal's radio show in your area when your at healthline .cc click on "Healthline radio show". His show is informative. His supplements are rather expensive but they are "exipient free".

Here is a definition of that term.
"Excipients are binders, fillers and “glues” that are typically non-nutritive substances in nutritional products. These substances often test toxic".
Bob Marshal has a product website at www.quantumlightnutrition.com/default.asp .
Good luck on the ph testing.

HEALTH: Coral Calcium + 70 Trace Minerals

I have damaged shoulder joints from years of hard work. Occasionally a knee will go out and I'll be limping around for awhile. When the pain starts getting in the way of everyday life I use to choke down some mineral supplements, MSM and "ester C". The problem with most mineral supplements is assimilation, the older a person is the less they are able to assimilate.
I believe that coral calcium minimizes the assimilation problem with up to 80 percent absorb ability. Coral calcium is a "once living" nutrient. Remember that term. Ideally, anything you use to rebuild or heal your body should be "living" (carrots, apples, etc.) or "once living (coral calcium, "Blue Green Algae, garlic concentrates, berry powders, wheatgrass powder, etc.)I've been taking one teaspoon of coral calcium per day for a few months. I put it in a half & half mixture of aloe juice and filtered water. About three ounces. My knee had been real bad for a long time. That's all gone now and my joint pains in general are a lot better. The right dose of coral calcium will usually push your ph level to the ideal 6.4-7.0. That's the ph level that doctor Bob Marshal recommends. My ph was in the 5.6 area before the coral calcium. Now it stays around 6.4 to 6.8. That is considered alkaline. I will explain ph balance at a latter date. Acid ph is bad and alkaline ph is good. A strict vegetarian will usually have an alkaline ph. Soda pop will take your ph acid. Most Americans are in the acid ph range and this helps explain the general poor health.
Here's a quote from www.coral-calcium-labs.com/compare.html
"There is a confusing array of Coral Calcium Products on the market with widely ranging prices. Naturally every company tries to position their brand as the premium form of Coral. Claims include "most absorbable Coral on the market" "clinical grade Coral" "Fossilized Coral", "Marine Coral", "Sango Coral", "Ionized Coral", "Robert Barefoot's formula" and so on. Some argue over who was first to bring it to America and who has the "exclusive rights".
Let's debunk some Coral myths and clarify terms:
Okinawan Coral: All coral calcium products on the market are from the Japanese prefecture of Okinawa.
Sango Coral: What about Sango - some say Sango is the best. Actually Sango is simply a local Okinawan reference to Coral in general - so all Okinawan Coral is Sango.
Ionized Coral: All Okinawan Coral is ionized too - that just means it takes on a charge (a positive one to be specific) so don't be fooled by companies claiming to have a superior produc
t because it is "Ionized" Coral Calcium. The important thing is that this ionization makes it far more usable for humans compared to regular calcium supplements.
Clinical Grade: Some claim to have "clinical grade" but no explanation is offered as to how this is different from any other. Coral is a whole food source of calcium and minerals and there is no standard grading system including "clinical grade". Something that does matter more is particle size. It comes in a range of sizes from 2 microns (like flour) up to 44 microns. The smaller, the better for absorption. Physician Formulated: The Coral formulas on the market are very simple formulations based on Dr Carl Reich's work from 1950 through 1992 where he combined Calcium and Vitamin D to work miracles in patients. A physician's involvement is arguably overkill."
Sango Coral: What about Sango - some say Sango is the best. Actually Sango is simply a local Okinawan reference to Coral in general - so all Okinawan Coral is Sango.

Currently I am using only Dr. Bob Marshal's coral calcium. I tried one other brand but it failed to move my ph into the alkaline range and I was taking twice the dose. You can get Dr. Bob Marshal's coral cal. at http://www.healthline.cc/ .
The addition of coral calcium to your diet will have what I call a shotgun effect. I believe it will have a wide variety of good health effects.
